Are credits the same as money? +
No. Credits are app usage units used only inside Jobly. They are not a currency, a bank balance, or a financial instrument.
Can I get a refund on credits? +

Where purchases are made through Google Play or an approved payment provider, payment handling is managed by that provider under their own privacy policies. Jobly does not store full card or payment details.

The app supports government, municipal, public-entity, and private-sector job discovery.

We may collect the following information when you use the app:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, and login details.
  • Profile information, such as your career interests, location, education, skills, and work experience.
  • Uploaded documents, such as CVs, Z83 forms, job adverts, and supporting documents.
  • App activity, such as saved jobs, generated documents, feature usage, and credit usage.

  • Payment-related status information where applicable, such as whether a package or credit purchase was successful.

We do not collect unnecessary information beyond what is needed to provide and improve the service.

4. Credits Explained

Jobly uses credits to manage access to certain app features. A credit is an in-app usage unit. Credits may be used when you perform actions such as:

  • Generating a CV.
  • Analysing a CV against a job advert.
  • Rewriting or improving a CV.
  • Creating job application documents.
  • Using advanced assistant or document features.
  • Running other premium tools inside the app.

Some features may be free, limited, or included in a package. Other features may require credits. Credits are not the same as money in a bank account. They are app usage units used only inside Jobly. Credit rules, free allowances, and packages may change as we improve the service. We may show your available credits, usage history, or remaining limits inside the app.

5. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not sell your CV, profile, documents, job history, or application information to employers, recruiters, advertisers, or third parties. We do not use your private documents to publicly identify you. We do not allow other users to access your private information.

6. Data Protection and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. This may include:

  • Secure login and authentication.
  • Encrypted connections.
  • Access controls.
  • Protected backend systems.
  • Secure storage providers.
  • Monitoring for abuse or suspicious activity.
  • Limiting access to sensitive data to authorised systems or personnel only.

No online system is 100% risk-free, but we work to keep your data protected and to reduce unnecessary exposure.

7. Uploaded Documents

When you upload a CV, Z83 form, job advert, or other document, we use it only to provide the service you requested. For example, we may process your document to extract profile details, generate a better CV, analyse job fit, repair formatting, complete application-related fields, or create downloadable documents. You should not upload documents that you do not have permission to use.

8. AI and Automated Processing

Some Jobly features use AI or automated systems to help generate suggestions, summaries, documents, job matches, or application guidance. AI outputs may contain mistakes. You should review generated CVs, Z83 forms, cover letters, and job advice before using them. You remain responsible for checking that your final application information is accurate and truthful.

9. Job Listings and External Websites

Jobly may show jobs from government sources, municipalities, public entities, and private-sector job providers. When you open an external job link, you may leave Jobly and visit a third-party website. Those websites have their own privacy policies and rules. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of external websites.

10. Payments and Packages

Jobly may offer paid packages, credits, subscriptions, or premium features. We do not publish package details in this Privacy Policy because packages may change over time. Current package information will be shown inside the app or on the website when available. Payment processors may collect payment information according to their own privacy and security policies. Jobly does not need to store full card details.

11. Data Sharing

We may share limited data only when needed to operate the app, such as with hosting providers, authentication providers, database and storage providers, payment providers, AI or document-processing providers, and analytics or error-monitoring tools. These services help us run Jobly. We do not share your data for sale. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the safety and security of users and the platform.

12. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal requirements, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or maintain business records. You may request deletion of your account or certain personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, and ask how your data is used. 14. Children

Jobly is intended for users who are old enough to search for jobs, prepare applications, or use employment-related services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we may delete that information.

2. What Jobly Provides

Jobly is a job-assistance platform. It helps you find job listings, prepare CVs, complete Z83 forms, and access AI-assisted document tools. Jobly does not employ you, place you in jobs, or guarantee any employment outcome. We provide tools — your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

3. No Employment Guarantee

Jobly does not guarantee that using the platform will result in a job offer, an interview, a successful application, or any other employment outcome. Job listings are sourced from external providers and are not verified by Jobly. Always confirm job details directly with the employer before applying.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some Jobly features use AI to generate CVs, Z83 content, cover letters, document suggestions, and job guidance. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it. Do not submit any document that you have not checked for accuracy and truthfulness.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using Jobly, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself when using the app.
  • Review all generated documents before submitting them to employers.
  • Not upload documents or information that you do not have permission to use.
  • Not use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
  • Keep your account login details secure.

6. Credits and Payments

Some features require credits. Credits are in-app usage units, not a financial instrument. Payment for credits or packages is subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update credit costs, packages, and free allowances with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Jobly platform, including its design, code, AI tools, and branding, is owned by Pushafy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission. Content you create using Jobly tools (such as your CV) remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pushafy is not liable for any loss, damage, missed opportunity, or adverse outcome arising from your use of Jobly — including reliance on AI-generated outputs, errors in job listings, or actions taken based on app guidance. Use the platform at your own discretion.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Jobly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or change features at any time. We will communicate significant changes where possible.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through the Jobly platform, including subscriptions, credits, and in-app purchases.

1. Free Features

Many features in Jobly are free. Free features are not subject to any payment or refund process.

2. Purchases Through Google Play

If you purchased a subscription, credit package, or in-app item through Google Play, your purchase is subject to Google Play's refund policies. You can request a refund directly through Google Play for eligible purchases. Visit Google Play's refund support page to submit a request. Jobly does not control or override Google Play's refund decisions for purchases made through that platform.

3. Credits and Paid Packages

Jobly may offer credits, credit packages, and premium features that require payment. Credits are in-app usage units — not money or a financial instrument. When you purchase credits or a package, you are paying for access to in-app functionality, not for a guaranteed result or employment outcome.

4. Used Credits

Credits that have been consumed to complete an action — such as generating a CV, running a job analysis, or using a document tool — are not refundable. The service was delivered at the time the credits were used.

5. Unused Credits

If you have purchased credits and have not used them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been consumed. Refund requests must be submitted by email to pushafy@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date, and proof of purchase.

6. Technical Errors and Failed Services

If a technical error caused credits to be deducted without the service being successfully delivered, contact us at pushafy@gmail.com with details of the issue. We will investigate and, where the failure is confirmed on our side, restore the affected credits or issue an appropriate remedy. Credit restoration or refund decisions for technical failures are made on a case-by-case basis after review.

7. Subscriptions

If Jobly offers subscription packages, cancellation and refund terms for those packages are displayed at the time of purchase and governed by the platform through which you subscribed (e.g. Google Play). General rule: fees for billing periods already in progress are not refundable. You may cancel future billing at any time through Google Play or your account settings.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Google Play or other approved payment providers. Jobly does not store full card details. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to reflect in your account.

9. How to Request a Refund from Jobly

For refund requests not handled through Google Play, email pushafy@gmail.com with your name, the account email address, the purchase date and amount, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Deletion.

You have the right to request deletion of your Jobly account and associated personal data. This page explains how.

This is the public data deletion request page for Jobly by Pushafy / GovJobsZA. It is published here to comply with Google Play data deletion requirements and to give users a clear, accessible way to request removal of their account and data.

1. What You Can Request

You may request deletion of:

  • Your Jobly account and login credentials.
  • Saved profile data, including name, email, career information, skills, and work history.
  • Generated CVs, documents, and application outputs stored in your account.
  • Uploaded documents associated with your account (CVs, Z83 forms, job adverts).
  • Saved job activity, preferences, and alerts.
  • Credit purchase history and usage records where not required for legal or billing purposes.

2. How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request account and data deletion, send an email to:

Include the following in your request:

  • The email address linked to your Jobly account.
  • Your phone number, if you used one to register or verify your account.
  • A clear statement that you are requesting account and data deletion — for example: "I request deletion of my Jobly account and all associated data."

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect against unauthorised deletion.

3. Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days. Account and data deletion will be completed within 7 to 30 days of the verified request, depending on the nature of the data involved and any applicable legal requirements.

4. Data We May Retain

Even after a deletion request is processed, some data may be retained where we are legally required or permitted to do so. This includes data retained for:

  • Legal compliance — where applicable law requires us to keep records for a defined period.
  • Fraud prevention and security — where retaining limited data is necessary to prevent abuse or protect other users.
  • Billing and financial records — where payment records must be kept for tax or accounting purposes.
  • Dispute handling — where a matter is unresolved at the time of the deletion request.

Where data is retained for these purposes, it will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted once the retention requirement lapses.

5. Effect of Deletion

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, you will lose access to:

  • Your Jobly profile and saved career information.
  • Generated CVs, Z83 documents, cover letters, and other outputs stored in your account.
  • Saved jobs, alerts, and preferences.
  • Your credit balance and usage history.
  • Access to premium features or purchased packages associated with your account.

Unused credits remaining at the time of deletion are generally not refundable unless a specific billing dispute applies. See our Refund Policy for details.
